The university contributes substantial experience in intercultural communication, digital education design, and capacity building.
EQUALINE – Greece
EQUALINE is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting equality, social inclusion, and community empowerment through education and culture. Within D-PEERS, EQUALINE leads dissemination, communication, and impact activities, ensuring wide visibility of project results and engagement with stakeholders. The organization brings strong experience in EU-funded projects, youth engagement, non-formal education, and outreach strategies.
Media Suite Academy (MSA) – Greece
Media Suite Academy is a technology-oriented organization specializing in digital solutions, platform development, and IT services. In D-PEERS, MSA leads the development of the Digital Learning Portal, including system architecture, user experience design, and integration of learning management functionalities. MSA ensures the platform is accessible, scalable, and suitable for low-bandwidth environments.
Trinity College Dublin (TCD) – Ireland
Trinity College Dublin is a globally recognized university with extensive experience in international education, inclusivity, and higher education collaboration. TCD contributes academic expertise in intercultural communication, digital learning, and institutional capacity building. Within D-PEERS, TCD supports the design of digital education modules and promotes inclusive teaching and learning approaches.

The University of Johannesburg is a leading African university actively advancing digital education and innovation. In D-PEERS, UJ leads training implementation and supports the development of blended and online learning practices. The university provides strong local context expertise, ensuring that project solutions respond to real needs in urban and disadvantaged communities.
North-West University (NWU) – South Africa
North-West University contributes expertise in higher education research, economics, and institutional development. Within D-PEERS, NWU supports capacity building activities and contributes to strengthening digital education ecosystems in partner institutions.

The University of Zambia is the country’s flagship university with extensive expertise in teacher education, curriculum development, and language policy. In D-PEERS, UNZA contributes to training activities, needs analysis, and evaluation of digital learning approaches.
